Terms & Conditions for Membership Registration

By proceeding with registration, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

Personal Information Collection:

  • We collect your Date of Birth (DOB) and Gender as part of your membership profile. All personal information is optional.
  • DOB helps us determine eligibility for different retirement schemes and to plan future events, benefits, and age-specific initiatives.
  • Gender helps us promote diversity and representation in association activities.
  • You can register with either an email address or mobile number - both are not required.

Employment & Contact Details:

  • Your department, designation, and work location help verify eligibility for membership. All professional information is optional.
  • Your personal address, phone number, and email allow us to communicate important updates. At least one contact method (email or mobile) is required.
  • For deceased engineers, minimal information is sufficient for memorial purposes.

Privacy & Data Security:

  • Your personal data is only visible to you and the authorized admin.
  • No data will be shared with third parties without your consent.

Verification & Approval:

  • Membership is subject to verification and approval by the admin.
  • Inaccurate or false information may lead to rejection or removal of membership.
